Dr. Chandra Crudup
Production Manager and Educational Director
Chandra Crudup is a Lecturer in the School of Social Work at Arizona State University. She received her Bachelors in Social Work from Azusa Pacific University and her Masters in Social Work from Arizona State University in the advanced standing program, receiving a Child Welfare Specialization Certificate. She has over six years of experience as a school social worker working with grades K-12. Chandra recently completed her PhD in Social Work at Arizona State University. Her research interests focus on interracial couples and supporting individuals with mixed heritage in schools. She is also interested in using the arts as a medium to build positive self-esteem in youth. Her dissertation implemented the use of video as not only a data collection method, but as a way to present findings. Chandra has been active in her theatre arts community for the past 15 years. She is the Vice President and Secretary of MAVIN www.mavinfoundation.org and a Co-Director of www.mixedrootsstories.org.
Lilah Greenberg is the Booking Consultant for One Drop of Love. She received her B.A. in International Relations and Women & Gender Studies from Eckerd College, with a minor in Interdisciplinary Arts. Since graduating in 2013, Lilah has worked both in the non-profit sector and in the arts as a photographer. Lilah has won awards for her photography, and has always been particularly interested in the intersection of social justice and the arts. She also has eight years of experience working and volunteering in the non-profit world, including working as a case manager in domestic violence shelters and volunteering with homeless outreach services. Because of her background in social services and her particular interest in intersectional social justice work, Lilah plans to pursue further education in the areas of social work and public policy. She feels incredibly fortunate to be working with Team One Drop and is continually inspired by this project.
LA Production Manager
Nadine Bedrossian is the LA Production Manager for One Drop of Love. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Arts and Dance from California State University, Los Angeles, where Nadine met Fanshen. Since a young age, Nadine has been concerned with her impact on the world. Working on this production is a humbling opportunity. She has also worked on The Martini and Olive Show – Lillian Theatre, John Fleck’s Blacktop Highway – Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theater, The Laramie Project – CSULA, Wings – The Lounge Theatre. She was nominated for a National Stage Management Fellowship for her work on Bless Cricket, Crest Toothpaste, and Tommy Tune. She also holds a full time position as the Administrative and Production Coordinator at the Los Angeles Opera Company. Born and raised in LA, Nadine is thrilled to be so deeply immersed in the live and performing arts on a day-to-day basis.
Heather Fipps is the video designer for One Drop of Love. Her experience as a filmmaker and scenic designer led to her recent work as video designer for several theater productions. She holds a multidisciplinary M.F.A. in Television, Film and Theater from California State University Los Angeles, which is where Heather met Fanshen. It has been an honor for Heather to design the original video projections and continue embellishing the video content as the show has grown. She is ecstatic that Fanshen’s story and message is being shared with people from all over the world. She has worked on John Fleck’s Blacktop Highway– Roy and Edna Disney/CalArts Theater, Hedda Gabler- TVFM Media Center, Smoke- Son of Semele Ensemble Theater, Wings & Tearing the World Apart- Hollywood Fringe Festival, and On Tidy Endings– Los Angeles Theatre Center. Her web series Pan won a Best Shorts Award and her latest film Allegories of Reverie is set to screen at several film festivals this year.
